Alumni

The Augustine College programme appeals to a variety of academically capable and committed students. Those going on to study in the humanities find in it an incomparable preparation for such endeavours. Students with plans in the sciences will gain an important grounding in the historical and Christian cultural matrix in which the sciences have flourished and to which they are still indebted. Students anticipating Bible college or seminary training will profit from a broad understanding of the role of Christianity in the formation of Western culture before focusing more specifically on biblical and theological curricula. For those who are unsure of their future course but would like to be prepared for a lifetime of thoughtful Christian discipleship, our programme may be ideal.

After graduation students continue to keep in close contact with each other and and the College. Some have traveled together and others have gone to the same universities. The New Year's Brunch is often the meeting place of the alumni and the current student body. Alumni have representation on the members board.

Some Impressions

It scares me to think I almost didn't come to Augustine College. My year could not have been better spent. It was an immense privilege to be taught by such highly learned, deeply wise, and above all, very caring professors, who encouraged a great step in my quest towards an informed faith. And the best part is that I had such an awesome time doing it, making many friendships that will last a lifetime.

There are so many good things one could say about Augustine College.
